The Charlie Skirt is a full-length, lightweight tiered circle skirt with a gathered tie waist and side seam pockets. Made to sit on the waist, the fit is loose with a drawstring waist that ties in the back for added detail. Fabricated in cream cotton poplin with a slight sheen. Paired with our matching Cooper Shirt.
