Current Openings: 

Designer/Production developer.   Our small design team needs help executing our ideas into fully flushed out samples.  We are looking for a qualified candidate with an eye for details, a strict passion for natural fibers and quality materials, and nuanced point of view on color.  This role is responsible for recoloring prints, executing sketches and TPs, placing POs, tracking development, creating new embroidery ideas, sourcing new suppliers, and helping to decide seasonal fabrics and colors.  This position reports directly to Caron but is expected to have experience managing and meeting deadlines independently and have strong communication skills with the team and external partners.  We aim to find a designer with a commitment to understanding the needs of our customer and a desire to make a better, more useful product. 

Marketing Manager.  We are eager to find a marketing expert with deep experience in the contemporary, US fashion niche.  This candidate should feel confident in directing ad spends to achieve current or better roas, managing content role out, influencer outreach and gifting.  The ideal candidate has experience executing seasonal marketing campaigns across social media, print, and all digital communications.  

Content Creator.  We are looking to hire a creative individual who has experience in concepting and organizing photoshoots for social media and e-commerce.  This position will be responsible for casting models, hiring photographers, managing locations, preparing styled looks, and working within a determined budget.  The Content Creator will be expected to build our content calendar and deliver imagery every month, grow a new online journal and maintain our ecommerce shoots.  We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience working in NYC, who is comfortable with collaborative work and who can match and improve upon our existing brand content. 

Production Intern. We are always looking for new interns to assist in our midtown factories and work closely with our Production Manager. This is a paid internship and must be for school credit. Email info@caroncallahan.com for all internship inquiries.
