Current Openings: 

Studio Assistant.  We are looking for a dynamic individual who can multitask and feels confident in managing a plentitude of studio tasks  The ideal candidate has a general familiarity with garment construction and is comfortable working in and maintaining a small studio.  Daily responsibilities will vary greatly to include (but not limited to) fulfilling orders, tracking shipments, cutting sales samples to prepping for photoshoots and organizing inventory.  This position will require making trips to our garment district factories as well as work closely with customer service to assure timely deliveries of our orders.  This entry level position is for 25hours/week with opportunity to grow with our company.

Freelance Knitwear Designer.  We are looking for a resourceful knitwear designer who can seasonally collaborate with Caron on design ideas, provide swatches and stitch references and execute SMS from start to finish on time.  Candidate must have a pre existing working relationship with yarn mills and knitwear factories that are in line with our level of quality and ethically minded.

Freelance Patternmaker.  This freelance position is to work in our studio with the Product Developer and designer to execute patterns as articulated.  We are excited to find someone who problem solves and thinks independently.  The ideal candidate is familiar with the brand identity and feels confident working with firm fabrics and understands often generous workwear fits. 

Full Time:

Digital Marketing and Content Manager.  This full-time position includes an array of creative and analytical responsibilities and we are looking for a multitasker with experience in our niche marketplace. The purpose of this position is to bolster brand awareness and sales by managing our ad budget, creating email campaigns and supervising freelance content creators to successfully communicate to our customers.   We are looking for someone with original ideas and the ability to implement ideas from start to finish.  The position requires strong knowledge and professional experience in implementing successful marketing through Instagram and google ads, Klaviyo, and direct to consumer outreach.   Please provide a portfolio/links/references of your work alongside your resume.
